Activate your NeoPiano license

The code printed on the back of your card adds NeoPiano to your Steam account, for good. You only need to enter it once.

The button opens Steam’s official activation page with your code already filled in. Your code never goes through our site.

Three ways to activate your code

Browser

Fastest, from this site

  1. Type the code from your card into the field above, then press “Activate on Steam”.
  2. Sign in to your Steam account if asked.
  3. Tick the Steam Subscriber Agreement box, then confirm with “Continue”.
  4. NeoPiano shows up in your library: install it from the Steam client.

Windows and macOS

From the Steam client

  1. Open Steam and sign in.
  2. At the bottom left of the window, click “+ Add a Game”, then “Activate a Product on Steam…”. The same command is in the “Games” menu at the top of the window.
  3. Click “Next”, accept the subscriber agreement, then type your code exactly as printed, dashes included.
  4. Click “Next”, then “Install” to download NeoPiano.

Mobile

From your phone

  1. Scan the QR code on the card, or open this page on your phone.
  2. Enter your code and tap “Activate on Steam”.
  3. Sign in to Steam in the browser and confirm.
  4. Back on your computer, NeoPiano is waiting in your Steam library.

What’s next?

Trouble with your code?

Steam says “Invalid Product Code”.

Check every character: a 0 looks like an O, a 1 like an I, an 8 like a B. Type the code in capitals, with its dashes. The field above removes stray spaces for you.

Steam says the code has already been activated.

Each code can be activated only once. If NeoPiano is already in your library, you’re all set. Otherwise, keep your card and proof of purchase and contact the store you bought it from.

Steam says I made too many attempts.

After several rejected codes in a row, Steam temporarily blocks activation on your account. Wait about an hour, then try again, checking the code carefully.

Do I need one card for Windows and another for Mac?

No. The license belongs to your Steam account: you can install NeoPiano on Windows and macOS with the same account.

I don’t have a Steam account yet.

Create one for free on store.steampowered.com, install the Steam client, then activate your code. It takes a few minutes.
